Analyst – People Analytics

Job Purpose
The Analyst – People Analytics will support the HR function in consolidating workforce data, developing analytical reports, and building dashboards that provide insights into key people metrics. The role will also contribute to HR digital transformation initiatives by supporting the implementation and optimization of HR systems, data processes, and reporting tools.
This position plays an important role in enabling data-driven HR decision-making and improving the efficiency of HR reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
People Data Management
Consolidate and maintain workforce data from HR systems and internal data sources.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of HR datasets.
Maintain structured databases related to headcount, employee movements, recruitment, performance, and attrition.
HR Analytics & Reporting
Prepare periodic HR reports and workforce analytics summaries for management.
· Bring forward 1st and 2nd level insights from their data analysis.
Analyse key HR metrics such as:
Headcount and workforce trends
Attrition and turnover analysis
Recruitment and hiring metrics
Workforce demographics and organizational insights
Support the HR team in identifying trends and insights from HR data.
Dashboard Development
Develop and maintain HR dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or other visualization platforms.
Automate recurring HR reports to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure dashboards present data in a clear and actionable format for stakeholders.
HR Digital Transformation
Support HR digital transformation initiatives by assisting in the implementation and improvement of HR systems.
Help digitize HR reporting and processes to improve operational efficiency.
Work with internal stakeholders to streamline data flows between HR platforms and reporting tools.
Data Governance & Documentation
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee data.
Document reporting methodologies, data definitions, and dashboard structures.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, HR reporting, or workforce analytics.
Experience working with HR systems or HR datasets is preferred.
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, advanced formulas).
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboard tools.
Understanding of HR metrics and workforce analytics.
Familiarity with HR systems or HRIS platforms is an advantage.
