Generative AI Specialist
Job Summary
Rasan is looking for a Generative AI Specialist who is passionate about the practical application of AI to solve real business problems. In this role, you will be at the forefront of Rasan’s AI adoption journey – identifying high-impact use cases, designing and deploying generative AI solutions, and embedding intelligent automation into the day-to-day workflows of our marketing, product, operations, and engineering teams. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and business needs, translating complex model outputs into intuitive, scalable tools that drive measurable value.
Job Objectives
· Accelerate Rasan’s internal AI adoption by identifying, piloting, and scaling generative AI use cases that deliver measurable productivity and efficiency gains across business units.
· Bridge the gap between AI technology and business value by translating organizational needs into practical, production-ready AI solutions tailored to Rasan’s fintech and InsurTech context.
· Establish a culture of responsible AI experimentation by defining prompt engineering standards, AI governance guidelines, and best practices that enable teams to use AI confidently and safely.
· Enhance digital product experiences and customer journeys by integrating generative AI capabilities into Rasan’s platforms in ways that improve personalization, automation, and service quality.
· Build internal AI capability and literacy by training, enabling, and supporting teams across the organization to leverage generative AI tools effectively in their daily workflows.
Job Responsibilities
Generative AI Strategy and Use Case Discovery
· Conduct continuous discovery across business units to identify high-value opportunities where generative AI can solve real operational challenges or unlock new capabilities.
· Develop and maintain a prioritized AI use case roadmap aligned with Rasan’s strategic objectives, balancing quick wins with longer-term transformational initiatives.
· Collaborate with leadership, product managers, and department heads to align AI initiatives with business priorities and track their impact through measurable KPIs.
Solution Design and Implementation
· Design, build, and deploy end-to-end generative AI solutions using LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic Claude) and modern AI development frameworks.
· Architect AI-powered workflows and automation pipelines that integrate seamlessly with Rasan’s existing systems, platforms, and data infrastructure.
· Develop and continuously refine prompt engineering strategies to maximize the accuracy, relevance, and reliability of AI outputs across different business contexts.
· Build reusable AI components, templates, and toolkits that can be adopted across teams to scale the impact of generative AI initiatives organization-wide.
AI Integration and Technical Development
· Lead the technical integration of AI capabilities into internal tools, dashboards, customer-facing platforms, and operational workflows via APIs and automation frameworks.
· Evaluate and implement third-party AI tools, plugins, and platforms, assessing their suitability for Rasan’s technical environment and security requirements.
· Work with engineering teams to ensure AI solutions are production-ready, maintainable, and built to scale – covering performance, reliability, and version management.
· Stay current with advancements in generative AI, LLMs, and related technologies (e.g., RAG, AI agents, vector databases) and proactively assess their applicability to Rasan’s use cases.
AI for Marketing, Content, and Growth
· Partner with the marketing and content teams to design and implement AI-powered workflows for content ideation, copywriting, SEO optimization, campaign personalization, and performance reporting.
· Build scalable content production systems that leverage generative AI to increase output velocity while preserving brand voice, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
· Apply AI to growth and performance marketing use cases, including audience segmentation, dynamic creative generation, A/B testing automation, and conversion optimization.
AI for Product and Customer Experience
· Collaborate with product managers and UX teams to identify opportunities to embed generative AI into Rasan’s digital products, improving customer interactions and self-service capabilities.
· Support the design and prototyping of conversational AI interfaces, intelligent assistants, and personalization engines that enhance the end-user experience across Rasan’s platforms.
· Contribute to the development of AI-driven features such as smart recommendations, automated document processing, intelligent search, and dynamic customer communications.
AI Governance, Ethics and Compliance
· Define and enforce AI usage policies and governance frameworks that ensure all generative AI deployments comply with Rasan’s data security, privacy, and regulatory obligations.
· Establish quality assurance processes for AI outputs, including bias detection, hallucination mitigation, and output validation, to maintain trust and reliability in AI-generated content.
· Document all AI workflows, model configurations, and integration architectures to ensure transparency, auditability, and organizational knowledge retention.
· Monitor the evolving regulatory landscape around AI usage in financial services and proactively advise leadership on compliance implications.
Team Enablement and AI Culture Building
· Design and deliver hands-on AI training programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to build generative AI literacy and confidence across all departments.
· Serve as the internal AI champion and go-to resource for teams exploring how to integrate AI into their workflows, providing guidance, coaching, and practical support.
· Build and manage an internal community of AI practitioners and early adopters to foster collaboration, shared learning, and continuous improvement in AI adoption.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related technical field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Licenses & Certifications
· Professional certifications in AI/ML, prompt engineering, or cloud AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Google AI, AWS, Microsoft Azure AI) are highly desirable.
Previous Work Experience
· 1–3 years of experience in AI, data science, automation, or product technology roles, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience designing and deploying generative AI or LLM-based solutions in a professional or production environment. Experience in fintech, insurtech, or a high-growth technology company is a strong advantage.
Skills and Abilities
· Deep understanding of Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and advanced prompt engineering techniques including chain-of-thought, few-shot learning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
· Hands-on experience building and deploying solutions using AI APIs and platforms such as OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, or equivalent.
· Proficiency with AI integration tools, automation frameworks, and workflow platforms (e.g., LangChain, n8n, Zapier, Make) used to connect AI capabilities with business systems.
· Strong software development skills: proficiency in Python is required. Familiarity with JavaScript, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
· Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and AI agent architectures is highly desirable.
· Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business challenges and design effective AI-driven solutions.
· Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with product, marketing, engineering, data, and business stakeholders.
· Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent AI initiatives, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
· Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) – required for stakeholder communication and content review across both languages.
· A genuine passion for AI innovation, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive mindset toward continuous learning and experimentation.
