Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, sponsorship, events, TV, OOH, and content platforms. The role serves as the operational engine behind the brand's marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution across internal teams, agencies, partners, and vendors. By translating business objectives into impactful campaigns and engaging content, the Marketing Manager contributes directly to brand growth, audience engagement, and commercial performance.
Job Objectives
Deliver integrated 360° marketing campaigns on time, within budget, and aligned with defined business and brand objectives.
Increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and campaign effectiveness through coordinated multi-channel marketing initiatives.
Maximize the value and visibility of sponsorship investments through successful activation and audience engagement programs.
Strengthen social media performance through consistent content execution, short-form video initiatives, and creator-led campaigns.
Ensure high-quality creative output and operational excellence across all marketing activities through effective agency and stakeholder management.
Generate actionable insights through performance reporting, market analysis, and consumer feedback to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
Establish clear campaign KPIs and measurement frameworks, enabling data-driven decision-making and optimization.
Job Responsibilities
Integrated Campaign Management & Execution
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, TV, OOH, sponsorships, events, and other marketing channels.
Translate business objectives into campaign strategies, including target audiences, key messages, channel selection, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
Manage campaign development from briefing and production through launch, optimization, and post-campaign evaluation.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure campaign readiness, timely approvals, and successful execution.
Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization actions to improve effectiveness and return on investment.
Maintain campaign documentation, project plans, timelines, and delivery schedules.
Content, Social Media & Creator Marketing
Lead social media campaign execution in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
Manage content calendars, publishing schedules, and always-on content initiatives to ensure consistency and audience engagement.
Drive short-form content strategy and execution, with a strong focus on TikTok-first and platform-native content formats.
Develop and oversee video content production, including concepts, scripts, storyboards, production timelines, and quality assurance.
Coordinate user-generated content (UGC) and creator-led campaigns, including creator sourcing, briefing, content approvals, and rollout management.
Support influencer marketing initiatives by managing selection processes, campaign execution, governance, and performance reporting.
Utilize AI-enabled tools to accelerate content ideation, drafting, trend analysis, and campaign reporting while maintaining brand standards and compliance requirements.
Sponsorship, Events & Brand Activations
Manage day-to-day sponsorship operations and activation programs, particularly within sports and football partnerships.
Coordinate sponsorship deliverables, branded content integrations, partner obligations, and activation timelines.
Support event marketing initiatives, including planning, logistics coordination, execution oversight, and post-event evaluation.
Ensure brand consistency across sponsorships, live activations, events, and earned media opportunities.
Collaborate with partners, agencies, and vendors to maximize sponsorship visibility, audience engagement, and business impact.
Support PR-related marketing activities by coordinating campaign assets, approvals, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
Performance, Insights & Stakeholder Management
Establish and monitor campaign KPIs, OKRs, and performance measurement frameworks.
Prepare campaign reports, dashboards, and executive summaries highlighting outcomes, insights, learnings, and recommendations.
Conduct market monitoring, competitor analysis, consumer research, surveys, and feedback collection to identify opportunities and trends.
Translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
Manage relationships with agencies, production partners, suppliers, and vendors to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
Collaborate closely with creative, content, product, operations, and business teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
Maintain governance processes, approval workflows, and quality assurance standards across all marketing activities.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Business Administration or related filed
Previous Work Experience
6–9 years of marketing experience within a multi-brand organization, group environment, agency, or comparable setting.
Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end 360° marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
Strong expertise in social media marketing, short-form video content, TikTok, and UGC-driven campaigns.
Proven ability to develop, review, and optimize creative content and campaign assets.
Skills and Abilities
Experience in sponsorship, sports marketing, or brand partnerships is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, OKRs, performance measurement, and campaign optimization methodologies.
Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Excellent organizational, planning, documentation, and execution skills.
