Job Summary

The Senior Data Science & AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing AI-driven solutions that address complex business challenges within the fintech domain. The role involves building scalable machine learning and Generative AI applications, developing and maintaining production-ready data pipelines, ensuring the performance and reliability of AI models, and translating business requirements into data-driven solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

AI & Model Development

• Design, build, and deploy Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI solutions.

• Develop and optimize LLM-based applications using RAG, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.

• Monitor and improve model performance throughout the lifecycle.

Data Engineering & MLOps

• Build scalable data pipelines and production-ready AI workflows.

• Implement MLOps best practices, including model versioning, deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD automation.

• Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of AI systems.

Business Collaboration & Leadership

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define AI use cases and success metrics.

• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.

• Promote AI engineering best practices.

Job Requirements:

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Previous Work Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.

• Experience designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning solutions in production environments.

• Experience delivering data-driven solutions that support business objectives and decision-making.

Skills and Abilities

• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data science and machine learning frameworks.

• Experience with Generative AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.

• Knowledge of MLOps practices, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable AI solution deployment.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Understanding of AI governance, data privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
