Job Summary

The Senior Engineer – SRE & .NET Platform Engineering (AI Enablement) is responsible for supporting the development, reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of cloud-native applications and platform services. The role focuses on ensuring stable and efficient operations, driving automation, enhancing platform performance, and contributing to the successful delivery of technology solutions. The position also supports AI enablement initiatives by helping implement innovative capabilities, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the reliability of services that support organizational objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

Platform Reliability & Operations

• Implement SRE best practices, including monitoring, alerting, incident response, and performance optimization.

• Support the availability, scalability, and reliability of production systems.

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and contribute to preventive improvements.

• Develop and maintain observability solutions using logging, metrics, and tracing tools.

.NET Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET and ASP.NET Core.

• Build and support microservices and distributed systems architectures.

• Participate in code reviews and follow established development standards and best practices.

• Contribute to application modernization and performance optimization initiatives.

Cloud & DevOps

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes.

• Support cloud environments, primarily Microsoft Azure.

• Work with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Assist in infrastructure automation and platform optimization efforts.

AI Enablement & Automation

• Support the integration of AI agents and LLM-based solutions into business and operational workflows.

• Contribute to AI-powered monitoring, incident analysis, and automation initiatives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement through AI technologies.

• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational standards.

Security & Compliance

• Follow secure development and operational practices.

• Support compliance with security, governance, and operational requirements.

• Participate in technical reviews and contribute to risk mitigation efforts.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Previous Work Experience

• 4–6 years of experience in software development, platform engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related roles.

• Experience working with cloud-native applications, platform services, and modern software delivery practices.

• Exposure to AI-enabled solutions and automation technologies is preferred.

• Proficiency in software development, cloud technologies, and platform engineering practices.

• Knowledge of application reliability, monitoring, automation, and performance optimization.
