Job Summary
The Engineer – SRE & .NET Platform Engineering (AI Enablement) supports the development, reliability, and continuous improvement of cloud-native applications and platform services. The role contributes to maintaining stable and scalable systems, implementing automation, enhancing application performance, and supporting modern software delivery practices. The engineer also assists with AI enablement initiatives by contributing to AI-powered solutions and automation that improve operational efficiency and service reliability.
Job Objectives
Support the development and maintenance of reliable, scalable, and high-performing platform services and applications.
Contribute to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to improve system availability, monitoring, and operational efficiency.
Assist in implementing cloud-native solutions, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure improvements.
Support the adoption of AI-powered solutions and automation initiatives.
Follow secure software development and operational practices while ensuring reliable service delivery.
Job Responsibilities
Platform Reliability & Operations
Support the implementation of SRE practices, including monitoring, alerting, incident response, and performance tuning.
Monitor production systems to help ensure availability, reliability, and performance.
Assist in troubleshooting production issues and participate in root cause analysis (RCA) activities.
Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of observability solutions using logging, metrics, and tracing tools.
.NET Application Development
Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using .NET and ASP.NET Core.
Support the development and maintenance of microservices and distributed applications.
Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards and best practices.
Contribute to application enhancements, modernization, and performance optimization.
Cloud & DevOps
Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Support cloud environments, primarily Microsoft Azure.
Work with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Contribute to infrastructure automation and platform improvement initiatives.
AI Enablement & Automation
Support the integration of AI agents and LLM-based capabilities into applications and operational processes.
Assist in implementing AI-powered monitoring, automation, and operational improvements.
Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
Follow organizational standards for implementing secure and scalable AI-enabled solutions.
Security & Compliance
Follow secure coding and operational best practices.
Support compliance with security, governance, and operational requirements.
Participate in technical reviews and contribute to identifying and mitigating technical risks.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Licenses & Certifications

Previous Work Experience
2–4 years of experience in software development, platform engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related technical roles.
Experience developing or supporting cloud-native applications and modern software development practices.
Exposure to Microsoft Azure, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, or observability tools is preferred.
Exposure to AI-enabled solutions, automation technologies, or LLM-based applications is considered an advantage.
Skills and Abilities
Good knowledge of .NET, ASP.NET Core, and software development best practices.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure) and cloud-native application development.
Basic understanding of SRE concepts, monitoring, logging, automation, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and DevOps practices.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Eagerness to learn new technologies, including AI and platform engineering practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
