Job Summary
The HR Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the execution of the organization's people strategy by leading and developing the HR team, ensuring operational excellence, and acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership. The role exists to foster a collaborative, high-performing HR function that delivers effective employee support, resolves critical matters, and aligns HR initiatives with business objectives.
Job Objectives
Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to achieve high performance, engagement, and service excellence.
Build a collaborative and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication and supporting team members' professional growth.
Strengthen partnerships with senior management by providing timely HR guidance and ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and business priorities.
Lead strategic HR initiatives in collaboration with Rasan Group Support Services across Strategy, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and other shared functions to support organizational objectives.
Take ownership of critical and complex employee relations matters, ensuring timely resolution while minimizing organizational risk.
Improve HR operational efficiency through process enhancements and consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Maintain high levels of employee satisfaction by delivering responsive and effective HR support across the organization.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and provide guidance to leaders on employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities
HR Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and support the HR team to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
Foster an open-minded, collaborative, and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Provide coaching, guidance, and regular performance feedback to team members.
Identify development needs and create opportunities for learning and professional growth.
Allocate workload effectively and ensure the team delivers high-quality HR services.
Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior leadership and department managers.
Act as a trusted HR partner by providing practical advice on people-related matters.
Ensure HR initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and business priorities.
Support leadership in implementing organizational changes and people strategies.
Facilitate effective communication between management and employees.
Lead and coordinate strategic HR initiatives with Rasan Group Support Services, including Strategy, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and other Centers of Excellence, ensuring effective implementation and alignment with Group priorities.
Employee Relations & Critical Issue Management
Take the lead in managing sensitive and complex employee relations issues.
Conduct investigations, recommend solutions, and ensure appropriate follow-up actions.
Resolve workplace conflicts while maintaining fairness, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
Support managers in handling disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance-related matters.
Escalate significant risks to senior leadership when appropriate and recommend mitigation strategies.
Provide expert guidance on Saudi Labor Law and ensure employee relations practices comply with applicable legislation and organizational policies.
HR Operations & Continuous Improvement
Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Monitor HR operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and service quality.
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and implement practical solutions.
Support organizational initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
Prepare HR reports, metrics, and insights to support informed decision-making by management.
Partner with Group HR functions to implement enterprise-wide initiatives, share best practices, and ensure alignment across HR programs and processes.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Licenses & Certifications
Human Resources Certifications is preferred
Previous Work Experience
6 years of HR experience, including experience leading or supervising HR teams.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and labor law.
Experience working closely with senior management and managing cross-functional relationships.
Demonstrated ability to lead through challenging situations and manage critical HR issues.
