Job Summary
The Senior Administrator – Treasury is responsible for supporting the company’s day-to-day treasury operations, ensuring effective cash and liquidity management, accurate cash positioning, and timely execution of banking and payment activities. The role contributes to maintaining sufficient liquidity, optimizing cash utilization, strengthening banking relationships, and ensuring treasury activities are performed accurately, efficiently, and in line with internal controls and applicable KSA requirements.
Job Objectives
Maintain accurate daily cash positions and forecasts, providing timely visibility of available and expected liquidity.
Ensure 100% timely execution and settlement of approved treasury transactions, payments, transfers, and funding requirements.
Support short- and medium-term cash flow forecasting, identifying potential liquidity gaps and surpluses in advance.
Ensure 100% reconciliation of bank accounts and treasury-related transactions within agreed timelines.
Monitor bank balances and cash utilization to ensure funds are positioned appropriately across accounts and business needs.
Support the optimization of banking costs, transaction fees, and idle cash, while maintaining appropriate liquidity buffers.
Maintain accurate treasury records and ensure full compliance with internal controls, policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Provide timely treasury reports and analysis to Finance management to support business and liquidity decisions.
Job Responsibilities
Cash & Liquidity Management
Monitor daily cash balances across the company’s bank and payment accounts and maintain an accurate cash position.
Prepare daily and periodic cash position reports, highlighting available liquidity, upcoming obligations, and funding requirements.
Prepare and maintain short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts, incorporating business requirements, expected collections, payments, and other cash movements.
Identify potential liquidity shortfalls or excess cash positions and escalate them proactively to management.
Coordinate internal fund transfers to ensure sufficient balances are maintained across accounts.
Monitor cash utilization and support initiatives to optimize liquidity and minimize idle cash.
Banking & Payment Operations
Execute and monitor approved bank transfers, payments, settlements, and other treasury transactions in accordance with established approval processes.
Maintain effective relationships with banks and financial institutions and coordinate on account-related matters, service requests, and transaction issues.
Support the opening, maintenance, and closure of bank accounts and ensure accurate maintenance of banking documentation.
Monitor bank charges, transaction fees, and other banking costs and identify opportunities for optimization.
Investigate and resolve payment failures, rejected transactions, settlement discrepancies, and other banking-related issues.
Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth and timely payment and settlement processes.
Reconciliation, Controls & Risk Management
Perform regular reconciliation of bank accounts and treasury transactions, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
Maintain accurate treasury records, transaction logs, and supporting documentation.
Ensure treasury activities comply with internal policies, delegated authorities, segregation-of-duties requirements, and applicable KSA regulations.
Support the implementation and maintenance of treasury controls to mitigate operational, liquidity, and financial risks.
Monitor and escalate unusual transactions, discrepancies, control exceptions, or potential treasury risks.
Support internal and external audits by providing required treasury documentation, reports, and evidence.
Treasury Reporting & Analysis
Prepare regular treasury reports covering cash positions, liquidity, cash flows, bank balances, and treasury activities.
Provide management with insights into cash movements, liquidity trends, and key treasury risks.
Analyze actual cash flows against forecasts and identify material variances and their underlying drivers.
Maintain treasury-related dashboards and reports to improve visibility and decision-making.
Support management with treasury analysis for business initiatives, new products, funding requirements, and financial planning.
Contribute to improving treasury processes, automation, and reporting efficiency in line with the company’s fintech operating environment.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Licenses & Certifications

Previous Work Experience
4–5 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Banking Operations, Corporate Finance, or a related function
Experience within fintech, financial services, banking, or a fast-paced technology environment is preferred.
Skills and Abilities
Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity management, bank reconciliations, payments, and treasury operations.
Familiarity with banking platforms, payment systems, and ERP/financial systems.
Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze financial and cash flow data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
